• When difficulties or unexpected problems arise, where do your emotions go?
  What reactions can you and those around you expect to see?  

• Do you lose sleep and/or focus when things go wrong?
  How do difficulties in your life manifest in ways that might not be healthy for you?   

• Are you someone who others would say perseveres through tough situations or might you be seen to be someone who gives up easily when tough situations come?  

Soul Moves

• Ask God, in prayer, to help you put your trust in Him to carry you through problems and difficult circumstances.    

• In the midst of your problems, determine, with God’s help, to make the right use of those problems.
  Believe God to work His character and His qualities in you through those difficult things.   

• Determine that your faith and trust in God will grow deeper and stronger through the challenges you face.
  This, so that your faith and trust will be more resilient and strong when future challenges and difficulties come.
